Began monitoring FSH and Estradiol for several months.

Final Report:
Uterus and Cervix normal to ideal for IVF. 
Referred to MICC & Endocrinologist.


March 18, 2010

Rob has SA performed.

Results: Good Swimmers.


June 28, 2010 University of Washington / Endocrinology (Dr. Mara Roth)

FNA Biopsy (Final Needle Aspiration) performed on thyroid nodules.  (This has to be the most horrible test anyone could endure.  I almost didn’t.)

Results: Benign nodules.  Prescribed Propylthiouracil (PTU) for hyperthyroidism but then removed from medication*.


MICC (Maternal Infant Care Clinic) at University of Washington (Dr. Zane Brown)
Patients over the age of 35 must go through program.

Results: Perfectly fit for IVF but recommended *discontinuing taking PTU.


Between June and September everything is on hold due to my contract ending at Microsoft.


October, 2010: Working with medical coordinator to clinic in the Czech Republic.  Ordered testing conducted by Country Doctor Community Clinic (which is on sliding scale)  (Angel Mathis, APRN).

    • HCV core antibody
    • RPR
    • GC and Chlamydia Culture
  • Rubella IgG
  • Pap Smear
  • EKG
  • Mammogram
  • CBC

  • LDL, HDL Cholesterol & Triglycerides
  • Glycemia

Results: All negative or ideal with the exception of Cholesterol which is “high on the normal side” with a total of 222.  Recommended 30 – 45 minutes of cardio daily and exercise 5 x daily.


November 20th, 2010 Stopped Smoking, reduced caffeine intake to once a week.  Started taking pre-natal vitamins and B12 daily. Adjusted diet to reduce sugar intake.  Continue on pescatarian diet (no red meat).


Rob has completed all remaining tests at Country Doctor Community Clinic  (Angel Mathis, APRN).
